I am now a psychotherapist turned Transformational teacher, healer and mentor and I love to work with healers and growth minded clients who are driven and determined to heal and live out their highest potential.
It is my passion to create positive change from the inside out. I particularly love helping people shift long held patterns and issues that have been stubborn and stuck. In 2008 I began using energy work in my private psychotherapy practice and in 2016 I began shifting from traditional therapy into the cutting-edge energy healing modalities I use today. The Aries in me likes to get directly at the root cause issues and waste no time so that you get fast results that are permanent and clear.
I am an advocate for alternative highly effective modalities that go beyond traditional therapy because I believe we all have important beautiful soul work to do here for ourselves and the world and your time and life are precious and valuable.
When I began facilitating programs I learned that the transformation is even more powerful in this format. This has become my true joy and inspiration, and I am grateful every day as I continue to expand.

here's a few things you might not know about me
I grew up in an alternative spiritual community in the Bay Area where in elementary school instead of learning about traditional history I was taught about all of the different spiritual teachers (buddha, Krishna, Muhammad, Jesus etc) and that we are all ONE human family no matter what.

I had a vision of having three kids and my husband only wanted two. I found a way around it by having twins in my second pregnancy.

My twins each have their own separate birthday - when I saw the clock as I was being wheeled into the OR I said to my doctor - lets do different birth dates…I had no control over it but they must have heard as they came out that way!

II don’t watch much TV but when I do it’s going to be something totally unsophisticated (yep I love Married at First Site!)

I’ve had and recovered from multiple chronic illnesses and diagnoses. I do not believe anything has to be chronic.

I grew up with a mom who had unresolved trauma and was dx with schizophrenia, she also was a brilliant Harvard PhD student. And a poet, and the most intuitive woman I ‘ve ever known. Due to her unprocessed trauma she didn’t get to function in life. I was in love with her and she has always been my number one driving inspiration for helping women heal the trauma that’s in the way of their success.
